 DELIVERY OPTIONS AND INFORMATION

At ICE London, we want to make sure that you receive your order exactly when you need it. We know that when you take time to select the perfect gift, you want to sit back and relax in the knowledge that everything will be despatched quickly and you will never have to worry about the gift arriving on time.

If the product is being displayed, it means that we have the item in stock, and you can order with confidence knowing that despatch will be quick and efficient, all you have to do is choose which delivery method is best for you from our selection below. Don't forget that every item ordered from Ice London includes a gift box, gift bag and gift card to make life even easier.

FREE UK DELIVERY

UK- Free Delivery - This is our standard service, you pay nothing extra for it and we aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving the order, and the same day for orders that we receive by 4pm. We use the Royal Mail for this service, and delivery to you usually takes place between 2 and 7 working days from the date dispatch. (During any times of disruption of this service due to strike action, we use an alternative method at not extra cost to you)

Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail deliveries, so please wait up to seven working days for your delivery to arrive. We will advise you when your order is being dispatched via Royal Mail.

Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, they will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

EXPRESS UK DELIVERY

UK- Express - This is the perfect option when you must have an immediate despatch and delivery. We aim to despatch the same day for orders that are received up to 2.45pm Monday to Friday, and the next working day for orders received after that. UK Mail or another selected courier will deliver the very next working day.

Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.

Personalised gift orders are normally despatched on the third working day from when we receive your order, you just need to then select the delivery service that suits you best from the options above. If you select Express delivery and we receive your order before 1pm, we will aim to despatch the next day. This applies to all ranges with the exception of leather.

The cost of Next Day Delivery is £5.95

Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour if you request and will put a calling card though your letterbox to let you know where they have left it.

If the parcel can't be left with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.

UK SAME DAY DELIVERY (Within M25)

UK- Same Day - This is the best option when you have the most urgent requirement for despatch and delivery. We despatch as soon as the order comes in and we use same day carriers within the M25 or in surrounding areas.

If you order by 2pm weekdays you will receive your goods the same day - delivered between 6pm - 9pm (Mon-Fri) we are sometimes able to arrange delivery at weekends as well, just call 0845 241 8787 to request this service.

The cost of UK Same Day delivery is £12.00

Our carrier will deliver your parcel before 9pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.

We will only attempt to deliver your parcel once so please provide a delivery address that has someone able to receive this, but call 0845 251 8787 if you have any concerns or special instructions

EU & IRISH REPUBLIC

EU & Irish Republic - This is our special service for all of the EU and the Irish Republic, and we aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving the order, and the same day for orders that we receive by 4pm. We use an international carrier forfor this service, and delivery to you usually takes place between 7 and 10 working days from the date dispatch.

The cost of EU & Irish Republic delivery is £9.95

INTERNATIONAL

International- Standard - This is our standard service for all countries other than the UK, EU and the Irish Republic, and we aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving the order, and the same day for orders that we receive by 4pm. We use an international carrier for this service, and delivery to you usually takes place between 7 and 10 working days from the date dispatch.

The cost of International Standard Delivery is £14.95

You will be able to track your order online from the details that we email you. Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, they will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
